1 Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders received by 3:30 PM Eastern Time (Monday–Friday) typically ship the same day, excluding holidays.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $100 (continental U.S. only). Free shipping orders ship via UPS or USPS at our discretion.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, customs brokerage fees, and any import charges.

Are X-Edge router bits compatible with my CNC machine?

X-Edge router bits are compatible with standard CNC routers & digital cutters that utilize standard holding systems like:

  • ISO25
  • ISO30
  • HSK25E
  • HSK32E
  • HSK63F

If you are unsure whether our tools will work in your machine, please contact us for verification.

Where can I find recommended feeds and speeds?

Use our X-Edge Feed & Speed Generator on our website or inside the Toolbox section of our mobile app.

It provides:

  • RPM recommendations
  • Feed rate recommendations
  • Tool selection guidance
What materials can X-Edge tools cut?

Depending on the tool, our bits are designed for:

  • Acrylic
  • ACM (Aluminum Composite Material)
  • PVC / Sintra
  • Wood and MDF
  • Aluminum
  • And many others

Always verify tool specifications before cutting metal.

Do you manufacture your own router bits?

X-Edge develops and specifies router bits designed for professional CNC performance and industrial applications.

3 Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

Unused tools may be returned within 30 days with prior authorization. Used tools are not eligible for return.

4 Distributor Accounts

Why don’t I see Invoice Payment as an option?

Invoice payment is restricted to distributors and approved customer accounts only.
